FrameCanvas is a web-based application that allows users to upload artwork and create frame mockups. The Service provides tools for previewing artwork in various frame styles and downloading mockup images.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service without creating an account for basic features. However, certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any artwork you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant FrameCanvas a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload any content you submit to the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without appropriate authorization

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FrameCanvas and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Payment

FrameCanvas offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payment for Pro subscriptions is processed through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated to users in advance.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FrameCanvas does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
